Furkan Bekdemir · Personal portfolio Open to new opportunities

Keep things
moving.

With people. With technology.
With a clear next step.

I combine customer service experience with technical understanding and an eye for the whole process.

Understanding technology. Helping people.A look at how I work ↓

01 / THE COMMON GROUND

Every task
has a wider context.

A technical problem, an unanswered customer question, a process that has stalled: I want to understand what's holding things up and what will actually help next.

At Amazon, I researched enquiries, explained the findings and documented cases in the CRM. With Fuchsware, I manage my own online retail business, from purchasing through to returns.

Technology is a practical part of that work: setting up Windows, narrowing down faults and getting workstations running. I'd like to build on this experience within a team.

02 / A CLOSER LOOK

One workstation.
Many connections.

I see the connections between the things that need to work together every day.

WINDOWS & HARDWARE

Narrow it down.
Then make changes.

What still works? When did the problem start? I check connections, settings and the latest change before assuming a cause.

03 / SELECTED WORK

Experience comes to life
when you look more closely.

02 / FUCHSWARE

Taking responsibility
for the whole process.

Purchasing, imports, shipping, customer contact and business administration: running a retail business means thinking beyond each individual step.

03 / CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AMAZON

The answer needs
to be clear, too.

Researching information, understanding the context of an enquiry and documenting cases clearly, while communicating by email, chat and phone.

04 / WHAT I BRING

A practical background.
A clear direction.

I'm looking for a role where I can help people with technical questions or contribute to digital processes.

I bring experience in customer communication, independent organisation and practical troubleshooting. I want to learn new systems thoroughly and take on responsibility with the right onboarding.
