What would
you do?

I'm Furkan. I like the moment when a problem becomes a clear next step.

Three short tasks give you a sense of how I think.

Hi, I'm Furkan.Technology. People. Better processes.
Small steps.
A real difference.

01 / Understanding technology

09:00 The first call.

Everyone's here.
But the sound
is missing.

The meeting room is full. The video works, but no one can hear anything. The meeting starts in two minutes.

My experienceWindows, PC setup and troubleshooting. Staying calm, narrowing down the problem and explaining clearly.

Your turn01

What would you check first?

Briefly describe how you would narrow down the problem and get the meeting going.

I establish which device should play the sound, then check the audio output, volume and mute settings. I use a test sound outside the meeting app to narrow down the problem. After making a change, I test it with the person affected and document the result. If the problem remains, I pass on the current findings and arrange an alternative for the meeting.

02 / Helping people

11:30 A customer calls.

A parcel.
A promise.
A question mark.

On the phone: “The gift was supposed to arrive today.” The tracking status only says: label created. Handover to the carrier has not been confirmed.

if it's still coming today?”

My experienceCustomer & Seller Support at Amazon. Listening, researching and taking responsibility for the next step.

Your turn02

How would you respond?

Two or three sentences are enough. The customer needs a clear sense of what happens next, even while some details remain uncertain.

I understand that you're waiting for your order. So far, only the shipping label has been confirmed; that doesn't yet confirm handover to the carrier. I'll check the tracking history and follow up with the shipping team. I'll update you by 4 pm today, even if the investigation is still in progress. I'll only confirm a new delivery date once I have reliable information.
Clarity helps, too.On to 15:00 ↓

03 / Improving processes

15:00 Loose ends to tie up.

“Done.”
But is it?

A finished draft, a sent enquiry and a confirmed solution are all marked “done”. Tomorrow, someone else needs to take over.

Three statuses. Three different next steps.

My experienceFuchsware and my own process project: connecting sources, status and next steps to keep the full picture clear.

Your turn03

What makes a good handover?

What does the next person need to know to carry on with confidence?

I distinguish between “draft — not yet sent”, “sent — awaiting a reply” and “result confirmed”. Each entry includes its source and current status. For open points, I record the next step, the person responsible and a deadline or trigger. I only mark a case as complete when its result is confirmed; the others stay open with a clear handover.
Making the next step easier.Time to wrap up ↓

17:00 / What stays with me

Three situations. A glimpse of how I work.

Good solutions
begin with
curiosity.

About the problem. About the person behind it.
And about how to make things better next time.

Which of these would help your team right now?

Then let's
talk.
